A Guide to Change your Life Right Now
Energy Clearing won't work if you keep the old habits.
Hi,
Today, I'm sharing a guide based on the guidance I was invited to give and the amazing results she had from it. It's mainly to give you an idea of how to find this shift and start being more conscious of each moment and each choice to start seeing different results.
ENERGETIC CLEARING?
“Juli, I’m feeling like things are working against me constantly, and I feel like there’s some energy I need to clear. Could you teach me how to do an energy clearing?
I answered: “It’s useless to do an energy clearing if you keep the habits that created this situation.”
In this letter, I break down the steps I shared with her to get the shift she wished for.
Clean

CLEAN
Energy is in everything.
Notice how you feel in a messy space versus an organized space with as few things as possible. Imagine and feel the difference. Everything has energy; the more things, the more energy, the more information.
And when there are things that remain untouched, accumulating in corners, on top (or underneath) furniture… that is stagnant energy.
You might think: "This doesn’t affect me, I don’t feel it..." But your body feels it.
When you step back into a room you just cleaned, you can feel the energy change. Sometimes even removing one thing, or cleaning one thing, you can already feel it.
That’s why cleaning is the first step. Remember that the world is always reflecting your inner state. When you clean outside, you are also cleaning inside.
📌 Cleaning your home and workspaces is a spiritual activity. Want to change the energy? Clean.
Then burn some sage, palo santo , or whatever you prefer and send away the energies that aren’t in alignment with you anymore, along with the energies left behind after the cleaning.

EVALUATE
To calculate a route, you need to know where you’re going, but you also need to know where you're starting from...
What have you been thinking frequently, talking about, watching, looking at, choosing? Who do you converse with, who do you spend time with, where do you go, what do you do...
Are these things in harmony with the frequency you prefer?
THE STORY (Journaling prompt)
How would you tell someone about what’s happening, how you feel right now, and how you would explain being in this situation?
Observe what you do frequently. How do you wake up? What do you choose…
📌 Here I am, and this is the story of how I got here.
You will find many clues in the story and how you tell the story.
DECLUTTER
After doing the reflection above, you’ll notice there are choices, places, habits... that aren’t serving you right now. And just as we said before, what’s inside reflects what’s outside and vice versa...
In this step, we remove things in your home and workspace that aren’t serving you... like that little item you found one day and never knew what it was for, but kept in case you might need it someday, or that thing you kept “just in case,” or that book that was a gift... or things you’re so used to leaving there without even realizing they don’t need to be on top of the shelf, they could just be put away in a drawer, you don’t use it that often.
Remove virtual clutter.
Look at the clothes you never wear but keep thinking you will... or the ones you wear but don’t really like... In short: get rid of what doesn’t serve you.
📌 Open that energetic space. Create an energetic space within yourself. Breathe.
PLAN
What does it mean to change? How do you visualize that? What do you do differently? What happens differently? What is important? What would you like to do every day? (journaling prompts)
How can you organize yourself to do the things that are important to you? What systems can you put in place to support you in doing these things: like scheduling, setting alarms, creating reminders, and creating a habit tracker.
📌 If it’s important to you, plan it, schedule it. Respecting this priority is about respecting yourself, because you chose this energy, you give priority to it, and your world reflects that back to you.
ENVIRONMENT
Now that you’ve organized and visualized, let’s look at your environment.
For example, if you realize that one of the habits not aligned with what you prefer is checking your phone while still lying in bed in the morning, how can you change your environment to encourage you to wake up, stretch, and go outside to watch the sunrise?
You could stop taking your phone to the bedroom. You could go to bed earlier, and to do that, create a calmer space in the evening, and light a candle.
You can already set up the space for the stretching in the morning, with clothes ready to wear.
📌 Think about your new habits and create an environment that supports them.
Don’t make it easier to continue a habit that isn’t good for you; change the environment to support the new habit.
Environment is also about your thoughts, your inner environment.
Notice: are you always self-criticizing? Worrying? To change this inner environment, you can start replacing worry with gratitude, and when you catch yourself worrying, observe it neutrally and shift it to: “Is this thing I’m worrying about going to happen?” “Is this even true?” "What do I have to be grateful for right now?"
Does your work environment support you in doing what’s good for you?
Your virtual environment: Have you deleted apps that steal your time? Decluttered the phone and laptop?
Your body: Does your diet have a vibration of life, health, and support, or does it leave you inflamed, and tired?
ADJUSTMENTS
Have you ever heard the analogy of the airplane pilot who only needs to make a small adjustment on the steering wheel to change the course?
For us it’s the same, each small adjustment changes our route. You didn’t declutter the whole house today, but you tackled one drawer. You didn’t change all your habits, but you started going to bed earlier. You swapped Instagram for a book…
📌 Each one of those things, every small adjustment, creates a change.
FOCUS
Remember the vision, remember the intention. And with each step, it gets easier to keep adjusting.
Your energy changes, and your results change.
📌 With one decision, with one adjustment, you can revolutionize your life. Creating results that are in total harmony with what you prefer. Celebrating who you are, living in peace and harmony, and being conscious of the choices you make at every moment.
Adjust your frequency, and change your environment.
