Hello,

In the last post, I shared about:

  • Dealing with intense energy influx.

  • Finding a muscle and other simple things to do to connect with the body, and work with the body.

Today I’m focusing on how to heal the body

And practical ways to feel a lot better. Working with it (not on it)

I will share my experience with each practical tip and there will be links in case you would like to know more. Those will be listed again at the end.

💕 I know how it feels to keep searching for things to help a healing journey, and I hope reading or listening to my experiences can help you experiment and find something that could work for you as well.

SUN

I've learned a lot, and am still learning about light and healing, and this has been essential for me, it’s why it’s the first thing I want to mention.

GO OUTSIDE: (at the right times)

I've been making sure to be outside to see the sunrise while grounding. Then again to get some uvb and then again for the sunset.

🕶️ Important: no sunglasses, lenses, glasses (if you need those, like me: I put them on and use them when I need to, and remove them as much as I can, during the walk)

I'm noticing improvements in eyesight.

✨ It feels magical and amazing to watch the sunrise, the best time is within the first hour of sunrise. Also, I'm at the beach, so that is perfect too. It gets the day started from a place of gratitude, appreciation, inspiration, grounded, and nourished.

Since learning from Dr Jack Kruse about light healing, I've been in awe of how much we can heal by being in the sun at the right times. I knew this, but the same as grounding, it was so helpful to know more so that I could understand how to make it work.

GROUND

I've been sharing on grounding for a while now, and it's worth mentioning it again as it has been a part of the light healing as well.

I've learned that walking on wet sand is perfect for it, and I've been making sure to do this at least once a day for at least 20 minutes.

LYMPHATIC SYSTEM

Learning about the fascia, as I shared in the last post, and now adding the lymphatic system, has been wonderful.

I've watched a few videos, and one especially has helped me implement a good lymphatic daily routine I do right after waking up before going on my sunrise grounding walk.

I do the "big 6" (link by stop chasing pain -masterclass) and finish it with a breath of fire round.

SUGAR

"If you don't think this is a drug, try stopping it"

On May 18th I stopped eating sugar, after receiving (guides) messages and confirmations.

(at the time of this writing, it's been 3 weeks)

I've been noticing improvements:

  • clear skin

  • more energy

DETOX: I did have some detox symptoms, even though I didn't consume much sugar. I can feel the positive effects on my body. You will need at least 2 weeks to experience some results past the detox phase.

SIMPLICITY

This is an ongoing thing as well.

Removing toxins, finding ways to simplify.

I've shared that I've stopped wearing most makeup (after decades of using it daily) and I'm amazed at how much better this feels.

I've been preferring homemade toothpaste (like baking soda, coconut oil, charcoal....)

And in many ways still finding ways to have things be more natural, easy, simple.

HUMAN DESIGN

This has been wonderful information for me, as a projector, to assist in healing the body.

I keep experimenting with different kinds of sessions, at the moment I'm enjoying "Interactive Human Design" because it makes sense to me to have this be a tool, something you can apply and experiment with in your life, now.

For me, it has given me so much. Like a map, a way to see where I'm going, with awareness of my body. Again: working with me.

In healing, It’s given me Clarity on:

  • How to use my energy.

  • And about environment and health (this will be mentioned in the section about environment)

FOOD

A while back, I went through a deep healing opportunity and was looking for help. I found a video that helped me. Especially when I heard:

“Food is not the problem, not the cause, food sensitivity is also a symptom.”

That made sense to me, and up to that point, I took food to be part of the cause, focusing on finding ways to eat that would assist the healing.

Having heard that, really helped me shift this aspect, and I was able to find the other tools and mindset that has been making a difference for me.

I still observe and respect the sensitivity, but I see this differently, and I am seeing this more lightly, there is a lot that makes sense though, and it’s related to simplicity, to prefer foods that are a single ingredient and organic for example.

ENVIRONMENT

"You can't get healthy at the same place you got sick in"

This has taken me a while to change. I’ve shared all the messages I had to receive to change the environment finally.

I've been back in Brazil now, (I’ve been living in Holland since 1998), experimenting with this, which has been a great way to work with light healing and grounding, and to eat local foods.

HUMAN DESIGN ENVIRONMENT:

At first, I felt it made sense, (a reference to human design here, notice how it made sense from my mind, not my body) to be in the mountain, the forest, in nature, so that's where I stayed for the first 3 months, ignoring all the messages that this was not it.

My environment in HD is markets, and I heard Ra (Ra Uru Hu founder of HD) saying "Markets people are deeply urban people who love to dream of being in the mountains"

I've decided to spend a few months in the city, and beach area, and it has made a huge difference for me. I wish I had made this decision sooner, but, it is what it is, as a line 3 in HD, it's normal for me to go through what doesn't work to find what does, trial and error. I've been so grateful to be here, probably having been through that "error" first was a lot of help to confirm the need to be here longer.

PRESENCE & JOY

"Acceptance begins with recognizing your own uniqueness. it's design is clearly visible. Acceptance is to lift the burden of judgment off your shoulders. There may be others who know a lot, but they do not know what you know. There may be others who have a lot, but they do not have what you have or feel what you feel or see what you see.

Acceptance is recognizing that your life and it's geometry are special and that they have a real purpose. No matter what your state, your life contributes your uniqueness to the whole.

The human design system through the rave charts can help you to identify and appreciate your own uniqueness and how it integrates to the whole" ~ Ra Uru Hu

A contemplation I've been revisiting is:

  • Lightness

  • Joy

  • Presence - the now

  • Acceptance

I left this one as the last because it's the one that causes the most impact and shifts the frequency.

If you want things to change, change.

I was having a deep conversation with a friend, It was about healing, and going through all the messages, meanings, spiritual work...

Observing this, it came to me, and it's one of those things we have to be reminded of from time to time, I observed how seriously we were taking all this.

If you shift your focus to joy, fun, gratitude, acceptance... focus on what is good, how can you feel joyful now... you shift your frequency in such a way that there is, at that moment, nothing that needs healing.

We've been so serious, doing the work, so focused on going deeper... expanding awareness... understanding what's the message... but...

What if we made to be joyful our focus?

What if we made sure, we took all that seriousness, into having fun, being fun?

What if we become an example of what joy is?

Imagine that…

It's not about forcing, fake laughing, or jumping...

ok, well, let me add a bonus here, as this is something I love:

Jumping could really help. 😄

If you stand up now and jump 10 times, feel how that feels, how your energy shifts.

But what I mean is: LET's LIGHTEN UP.

We are still present for the truth, for what is there, but can we experience it with lightness, trusting the process, trusting our bodies…

Right now, at this moment, we have all we need.

JOURNALING:

A journaling prompt:

Complete the phrase:

I LOVE TO___________

List all the things, like: watch birds, butterflies, sunrise, draw, play, read, write, go to bookshops, smelling flowers, observing clouds...

TODAY I'M HAPPY AND GRATEFUL FOR____

family, friends, body, house, a goal, a coffee/tea, the weather... whatever comes to mind.

✍️This helps shift the frequency to the now, to acceptance, to seeing beauty, to be in joy, to be grateful, to harmony, to presence.

See you soon,

10 jumps,

Juliana.
